Managing Your User Profile

Access and customize your account settings, security options, and session management

Accessing Your Profile

To access your user profile settings:

  1. Look for your user profile icon in the bottom left corner of the screen

  2. Click on your profile icon

  3. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu

Profile Customization

Once in your profile settings, you can customize the following:

Profile Image

  • Upload a custom profile picture to personalize your account

  • This image will appear throughout the application when you're logged in

Display Name

  • Set or update how your name appears to other users

  • This is the name that will be visible in shared documents, progress notes, and collaboration features

Account Integration

Third-Party Service Connections

  • View which external services are linked to your Nextvisit AI account

  • Common integrations include Google Sign On for streamlined authentication

Security Settings

Password Management

  • Update your account password at any time

  • Choose a strong, unique password to keep your clinical documentation secure

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • Enable 2FA for an additional layer of security

  • This adds extra protection to your account containing sensitive patient information

Session Management

Active Sessions Overview

  • View a complete list of all devices and browsers where you're currently logged in

  • See details like device type, browser, and last activity

Remote Logout

  • Use the "Log out other browser sessions"button to immediately sign out from all other devices

  • This is particularly useful if you've accessed your account from a shared computer or want to ensure account security
