Providing Your Note Rating
After your progress note is generated, you'll see a feedback section at the beginning of the note with thumbs up and thumbs down icons.
To rate your note:
Click the thumbs up or thumbs down to indicate your overall satisfaction
Select a rating from 1 to 10 using the number scale
1 = Awful
10 = Amazing
Click "Save Feedback" to submit your rating

For more specific feedback, you can select from predefined categories that explain your rating:
