Getting to Your Billing Portal
Only workspace administrators can access billing settings. Here's how to get there:
Click on your profile icon in the bottom left sidebar
Select "Billing Portal" from the menu
Phone Number Requirement: A valid mobile phone number is required for security purposes when signing up for any plan, including the free tier. VoIP numbers are not accepted.
What You'll Find in the Billing Portal
Once you're in the billing portal, you'll see several key sections:
1. Notices and Messages
Any important billing notifications or updates will appear at the top of the portal.
2. Current Plan and Available Options
View your current subscription plan
Browse alternative plans you can switch to
See what features are included with each plan
3. Payment Methods
View all saved payment methods
See which payment method is set as your default
Add new payment methods or update existing ones
4. Payment Information
Enter your complete billing address for your practice or organization. This information appears on your invoices.
5. Invoice Email Settings
By default, invoices are sent to your account email. You can optionally add additional email addresses to receive copies of invoices.
Important Billing Notes
Security: All sensitive credit card information is securely stored and processed by Stripe, our trusted payment processor.
Prorated Billing: When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, billing is automatically prorated based on your usage.
